Treadforge Privacy Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party.

If you opt in, the shop servicing your vehicle may send you text messages through Treadforge, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle service and work-order status updates, estimate approval requests, and replies to questions you send. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@treadforge.com.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or receiving any service from your shop.

We collect only the information needed to provide messaging and shop-management services on behalf of your shop:

• Your name and mobile phone number, as provided to the shop.
• Vehicle and service details you provide to the shop (for example, vehicle make and model, appointment details, and work-order information).
• The content of text messages sent and received through Treadforge, and your opt-in and opt-out status.

We use this information solely to deliver service-related notifications and two-way customer support messages on behalf of the shop servicing your vehicle, and to operate and maintain the Treadforge platform. We do not use your mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell it.

Your information is visible to the shop you do business with, which uses Treadforge to manage your service and communicate with you. We use a telecommunications provider (Twilio) strictly to transmit messages; this is necessary to deliver the service and is not sharing for marketing or promotional purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not share or sell your mobile information, opt-in data, or consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is collected through an optional checkbox on the appointment request form at treadforge.com/book, or given verbally to your shop when you schedule or receive service and recorded by shop staff on your contact record. Consent is always optional and never required to receive service. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

We keep your information for as long as the shop uses Treadforge to manage its relationship with you, and for as long as needed to keep accurate service and messaging records. Opt-out records are kept so we do not message you again after you reply STOP. You may ask us or your shop to delete your information by contacting hello@treadforge.com, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
