Treadforge SMS Terms and Conditions

Treadforge is a shop-management platform operated by Treadforge Inc. The Treadforge SMS program sends transactional, service-related text messages on behalf of the tire or auto service shop you do business with. Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Vehicle service and work-order status updates
• Estimate approval requests
• Replies to questions you send to the shop

Messages are sent only in connection with services you have requested or scheduled with a participating shop. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the optional SMS consent box on the appointment request form at treadforge.com/book, or by giving your consent verbally to a participating shop when scheduling or receiving service; shop staff then record your consent in Treadforge. If you send a text message to a shop's number, you consent to receive replies about your service. Opting in is entirely optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Treadforge or from any participating shop. You will receive the same service whether or not you opt in to text messages.

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your appointments and the status of your vehicle's service.

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan. Treadforge does not charge you for text messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to you. If you wish to rejoin the program later, you can opt in again by giving your consent to the shop or by texting the shop's number.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

This program is available to mobile numbers issued in the United States. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's authorization to enroll it. You are responsible for notifying us or the shop if you change or deactivate your mobile number.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may opt out at any time by texting STOP.
